Paying for care
We work with private clients, and with people using council direct payments or NHS personal health budgets. Every package is different, so we will give you a clear quote once we understand your needs.
Paying privately
You or your family arrange and pay for care directly with us. Many people pay privately, either because they are not eligible for council funding or because they want to choose their own provider.
Council direct payments
If your council has assessed you as eligible for support, it can give you a direct payment so you can choose who provides your care. You can use your direct payment with us.
NHS personal health budgets
If the NHS funds your care, for example through NHS Continuing Healthcare, you may be offered a personal health budget. You can use it to arrange your care with us.
Getting a quote
The cost of care depends on how much support is needed and when. We do not publish a price list because every care plan is different. Instead, we will talk through what you need and give you a clear, written quote.
